Finding a competent team to manage your property can be a daunting and worrying task. We understand this challenge and believe that we need to work together to ensure a great match. We invite you find out about us and our service and we will review your property.
We understand the rental market and the area so we will provide open and honest feedback on rental values, tenant types and how your property compares to the market. We also understand and comply with all regulations and safety standards so we will keep you legal, compliant and safe.

Once you are happy that we are the right team for you we will go through the contract and numbers. For us this is not just a form filling session, this is an opportunity for us to ensure that everything is in place for a successful start to our partnership. We will ensure that we know everything there is to know about the property, we will gather all the required certificates, we will understand any care plans in place and we will agree how you want repairs and maintenance managed. We are committed to preparation rather than fixing problems.
Away we go
With all of the paperwork out of the way we get you set up on our modern, user friendly systems and provide you with access to your own portal onto the business. We instruct our marketing team to get photos taken and adverts placed on the key portals.
Our experienced marketing team will book appointments and provide guided viewings of properties to prospective tenants. We do not leave tenants to wander through the property, we are there, on hand, to answer questions and clarify the virtues of the property.
Prospective tenants will be put through a detailed referencing process as we seek to minimise the risk of getting a poor tenant.
Earn while you sleep
With the tenants in place you start to earn. No need to worry about collecting rents or paying any maintenance bills, we take care of all that. All information regarding properties, statements, tenants and maintenance is available via your dedicated app.
